Jingles is from Jack Rabbit and is for babies and toddlers.  The penguin is like a plush Weeble.  You can push and play with him, but he won't fall down and he's got some jingles inside him so he makes a fun bell like noise when he's played with. Jingles is in very good condition and is tested safe for materials and safety.
